Community Architecture, Inc.’s methodology can be described in two phrases “Environmental Design for Living and Learning” and “It’s All Design.”

“Environmental Design for Living and Learning” embraces the interconnected aspects of how we live, how we work, and how we learn. Design is about the environment we create that supports the client’s mission & vision. Therefore, the product of our design efforts must reflect the client’s sensibilities toward beauty, function, and durability.

“It’s All Design". We believe that everything we do needs to be done with intention, crafted to fulfill a purpose, it is design in the broadest sense of the word, and it is worth doing well. It is everything we do.

Balancing these methodologies requires discernment and commitment to the client’s point of view. It is a mindset about the design process that intentionally engages the client so that together we have ownership of the design solution that is uniquely crafted for them.
