Comprehensive drawing and specification preparation, agency approval requirements, management and communication tools, coordination with Client provided documentation and specialty consultants, preparation of studies and reports, bid documents, bid publications and notifications, procedural forms for construction administration, cost estimating and archive files for storage and retrieval.

Existing facility condition assessments, site master planning, product research, development of Client standards, creation of CAD drawings based upon as-built documentation and field investigations / measurements, and resolution of existing documentation / agency certification issues, ADA evaluations and corrective actions / recommendations.
